Application
1. The power source of threaded fastener and tightening device.
The working pressure of hydraulic oil can reach 300mpa. At present, China’s coal, electric power, chemical industry and other industries are using high-strength hydraulic nuts or hydraulic stretchers, with ultra-high pressure manual night wish pump as the power source, which has achieved good results.
2. Mechanical equipment smooth cone or cylindrical surface interference fit disassembly power source.
Hydraulic nut is an effective tool for interference fit of bearing, gear and rotor. It consists of an annular piston embedded with a sealing ring and a nut with internal thread. The ultra-high pressure manual hydraulic pump is used as the power source, and the ultra-high pressure enters from the external circular surface or end face of the nut, which makes the relative movement between the piston and the nut body, so as to realize the disassembly and assembly of interference fit.
